PROCESSING TIME

 For custom/bulk orders, please allow 10-15 business days for processing and production. 
 
 Some orders may ship sooner depending on order volume. 
 For all other orders, please allow 5-10 business days 

All packages are labeled prior to dropping off- they will NOT scan in the items until later in the evening/early morning once they have received the package at the distribution center.

All orders will then be shipped via USPS mail. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
You can track your order by visiting USPS.com
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email. 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
Should you not receive your package, please contact us at royallion.mgmt@gmail.com
 

PLEASE NOTE:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist customers in contacting the shipping carrier and resolving any delivery issues.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. 

If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect Royal Lion Design & Print LLC and our customers.
