Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Ready-to-ship items, including hood covers, decals, tumblers, and flags, typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Regular apparel orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing.

Bulk/custom orders typically require 10–15 business days for processing and production.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Please note: Processing times do not include carrier transit/delivery time. Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped using the most appropriate available carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking may not update immediately after a package is dropped off.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Royal Lion Design & Print LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will be happy to assist you with contacting the carrier and resolving any delivery issues.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to additional shipping fees charged by the carrier.
