RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Royal Lion Design & Print LLC, all items are made to order.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or made-to-order items unless there is a defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or design).

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and smoke
Approved Returns
If your return is approved due to our error, we will provide a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Incorrect Address / Customer Error
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
